A 32-year-old was arrested after being accused of assaulting a 13-year-old in Michigan, officials said. The teen’s mom went to check on her daughter and when she walked into the room she saw the window open and the screen popped off, according to a Dec. 30 post by Genesee County Sheriff Christopher Swanson on the sheriff’s office Facebook page.
