***MISSING AUTISTIC CHILD*** DELTONA, FL Volusia Sheriff’s Office deputies are searching for a missing 7-year-old boy with autism who went missing from his home in the Deltona area this evening. The boy, Charlie, went missing around 8 p.m., on November 25th, 2024, running north on Stillwater Avenue in Deltona, FL. Charlie is non-verbal and may be attracted to Christmas lights and bodies of water. They said he is also known to climb up trees. Charlie was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and white shorts. Deputies are searching around the area and VSO said other resources are being brought in to assist. VSO said a reverse 911 was sent to residents in the area.
